Weekly Pole Classes

BEGINNER

Brand New to Pole? You’re in the Right Place!
Never tried pole before? No worries — this class is made for you. No dance or gym experience? No problem! We start from the very beginning and guide you step-by-step through each move, with every class building on the last. You’ll learn beautiful spins, fun tricks, and sassy choreography in a supportive, empowering environment.

Whether you're here to boost your confidence, move your body in a brand-new way, or just meet some amazing new people — you'll leave each class surprised (and proud!) at what your body can do.

What to wear?
A comfy top and shorts that end above the knees — your skin helps you grip the pole, so the more leg, the better!

IMPROVERS

Improvers Pole is the perfect next step after Beginner level, designed for students who are comfortable with foundational spins, seats, and climbs, and are starting to build their strength and confidence in the air.

In this class, we begin to link moves together into smooth combinations and start introducing more dynamic transitions. You’ll also start exploring tricks that prepare you for inversions and stronger pole flow.

Expect a fun, challenging and supportive class that continues to build your strength, fluidity and body awareness. You’ll be encouraged to progress at your own pace, with multiple options offered throughout each class to suit where you’re at in your journey.

POLE FLOW

This class is about stepping away from tricks and coming back to movement.

Pole Flow is a space to explore musicality, transitions, rhythm and expression. Some weeks we may learn a short routine; other weeks we might focus on a specific flow element and play with speed, levels, texture or tempo. There’s space to repeat, refine and experiment.

Expect grounded movement, continuous transitions, and time to really feel the music.

This class isn’t about nailing big skills. It’s about softness, control, intention and finding your own style.

Open to improver level and above - options will always be offered.
