What to expect?
Over 12 weeks, you’ll learn foundational holds, poses, spins, and combinations alongside fellow beginners. Our experienced instructors provide personalised guidance to ensure you master essential techniques while cultivating your own unique style. With each session, you’ll not only develop physically but also make new friends with your fellow classmates! You’ll be learning together, laughing together, sweating together and cheering on each others wins together.
