What to expect?

The Maya Method Aerial Programmes are carefully structured so you progress safely week by week, while working with your individual strengths and weaknesses. Although we start as a group, there’s space within each class to explore variations that feel right for you -  because everybody learns a little differently.

This isn’t about getting everything right the first time.

It’s about discovering that you can get better.

Who is this course for?

Designed specifically for those with no prior experience.

No gym, dance or yoga background required -  just start as you are.

The Maya Method is also perfect if you’ve had a long break and want to reconnect with movement in a supportive, pressure-free way.

What’s Included?

Most importantly - your weekly 60 minute class, with each one building upon the last.

Alongside this you’ll receive weekly support emails including:

• Videos and names of combinations learnt that week

• Optional at-home exercises to support your training

• Gentle mindset prompts to help you move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset

• Short reflections, resources and mantras to support confidence and self-trust

These check-ins help you stay motivated, understand your progress, and recognise changes you might otherwise miss.

You’ll also receive a bottle of grip aid to help with those sweaty palms, an epic 25% discount on any recurring membership when continuing your training after the 12 weeks, a chance to win £25 account credit and up to two free catch up sessions if you have to miss a session.
