Looking for a fun, exciting way to get fit and challenge yourself? Our Aerial Arts classes are the perfect way to explore the world of Aerial Hoop and Aerial Sling. In our classes, you'll have the opportunity to learn aerial skills in a safe, supportive environment, where you can experience the joy of being upside down and flying through the air. Along the way, you'll make new friends, build confidence, and develop a sense of accomplishment. Most importantly, you'll have fun while getting strong and mastering new challenges!

What Aerial Arts are taught?
We alternate weeks between Aerial Hoop and Aerial Sling. Aerial Hoop is metal circle that hangs from the ceiling. You can hang on the bottom bar or climb into the hoop and do tricks in the hoop itself. Aerial Sling, also known as aerial hammock, is a looped piece of fabric suspended from a single point, movements can range from slow, stretchy inversions to dynamic rolls and drops.
What days do these courses run?
Term time on Tuesday from 17:30 - 18:15
How much does it cost?
The sessions cost £10 each and are run as courses alongside the school term, so the course price differs depending on how long the term dates are.
What clothing should be worn?
We recommend long sleeved tops and leggings to protect the arms and legs. You should be comfortable and able to move around freely.
What else should I bring?
We recommend bringing a water bottle just incase you get thirsty, and a phone to record all the cool stuff you’ll be learning!
Do I need previous experience in dance and gymnastics?
Absolutely not! These courses are tailored for total newbies and you will build strength, co-ordination and flexibility as the weeks go on.
Is there parking at the studio?
We don’t have space to park outside the studio, however there is lots of on street parking nearby.
