Ever dreamed of running away to the circus? Well... here’s your chance! No experience needed!
Our Beginner Aerial Hoop class is the perfect introduction to the world of aerial arts. Whether you're new to fitness or just curious to try something completely different, this class is designed to help you build strength, stamina, and confidence — all while learning to create beautiful shapes in the air.
We’ll guide you through the fundamentals, from getting into the hoop safely to executing simple yet stunning moves. Each session finishes with a calming stretch and cool-down to improve flexibility and keep your body feeling amazing.
No dance or fitness background required — just bring your sense of adventure!
INTERMEDIATE
Now that you’ve got the basics down, it’s time to take your skills to the next level. In Intermediate Aerial Hoop, you’ll start linking your favourite moves into flowing combinations, while exploring new tricks, seats, and hangs.
This class is all about building strength, fluidity, and confidence as we raise the hoop higher and push your technique further. You’ll revisit familiar moves from beginner classes — this time with more height and complexity.
We finish each class with a short freestyle session, giving you space to explore your own style and movement in the air.
Pre-requisites:
Confident mounting and dismounting the hoop unassisted
Familiarity with bottom bar hangs (e.g. Delilah, double knee hang, candlestick)
Comfortable with tricks like birdie, gazelle, and back star
ADVANCED
Welcome to the next level! In Advanced Aerial Hoop, you’ll push past your limits with longer, more demanding combinations that challenge your strength, coordination, and creativity.
We’ll build on key moves from previous levels — refining techniques like back balances, rolls, and top bar transitions — while introducing advanced sequencing that tests your stamina and aerial control.
You’ll also start playing with momentum and movement, learning to glide, spin, and suspend mid-air with elegance and power. This is the class where you truly begin to fly.

TIPPY HOOP
Ready to flip your perspective? In this monthly class, we take traditional hoop work and give it a twist — literally. This unique setup uses two long strops on each side of the hoop so that it sits horizontally, rather than vertically.
You’ll explore dynamic spins, fluid transitions, and clever tricks that play with balance and direction in a whole new way. Expect a fun, challenging experience that will push your control, coordination, and creativity.
This class blends technical skill with artistry, helping you discover how to move with confidence on an ever-changing canvas.
Pre-requisites:
At least 4 beginner aerial hoop classes
HOOP LOOP
(Inter Plus – Bi-weekly Specialty Saturday Class)
Take your aerial creativity up a notch in our innovative Hoop Loop class. Using a loop attached to the bottom of the strop, we’ll explore brand-new shapes, hangs, and combinations that open up fresh possibilities for movement.
You’ll learn how to incorporate the loop into your existing skills, then blend everything into unique sequences that make your hoop work feel brand new again.
This class is perfect for intermediate+ students who want to explore, experiment, and be inspired.
DOUBLE POINT HOOP
(Inter Plus – Specialty Class)
Discover a whole new world of aerial hoop in our Double Point class. With the hoop suspended by two strops instead of one, you’ll unlock an entirely different set of movements, transitions, and balance points on the top bar!
Whether you’re expanding your aerial vocabulary or looking to try something new, this class delivers a fresh, exciting challenge every time.
