This is an Aerial Arts class for 12 - 17 year olds with a focus on Aerial Hoop and Sling. The class emphasis at Maya Dance and Fitness is to have fun while learning new skills, and to experience the joy of being upside down! Throughout our sessions, students will build cardiovascular and muscular strength, improve flexibility, increase joint mobility and develop better balance and coordination. Our instructors are qualified to the highest of standards and are DBS registered. The classes will be run along side the school terms as courses and there is no option to drop in to classes.
