Pole Classes

BEGINNER

Brand New to Pole? You’re in the Right Place!
Never tried pole before? No worries — this class is made for you. No dance or gym experience? No problem! We start from the very beginning and guide you step-by-step through each move, with every class building on the last. You’ll learn beautiful spins, fun tricks, and sassy choreography in a supportive, empowering environment.

Whether you're here to boost your confidence, move your body in a brand-new way, or just meet some amazing new people — you'll leave each class surprised (and proud!) at what your body can do.

What to wear?
A comfy top and shorts that end above the knees — your skin helps you grip the pole, so the more leg, the better!

PRE- INTERMEDIATE

Ready to Level Up? Let’s Defy Gravity.
In this class, you’ll start linking tricks, spins, and flow into beautiful, seamless combos that feel as good as they look. As your strength and confidence grow, so will your skills — think one-legged hangs and upside down magic!

Whether you’ve just graduated from Beginners or you’re inching closer to Intermediate, you’ll always be supported with variations that suit your level. We’ll help you push your boundaries safely while keeping things fun, challenging, and empowering.

You’ll also dive deeper into spinning pole, learning to harness and control momentum for those dramatic, show-stopping spins and gravity-defying transitions.

Pre-requisites: Cross knee release, wrist seat, and upside-down crucifix.

INTERMEDIATE

This Is Where the Magic Happens.
You’ve built the strength, nailed the foundations — now it’s time to take things up a notch. In this class, you’ll start exploring more advanced transitions and creative ways to move around the pole. Expect aerial inverts, climb variations, and your first steps into the world of hands-only tricks.

You’ll dive into exciting entries and exits for moves like hip holds, gemini, and superman — plus new variations to add flair and personal style. On spinning pole, your control and confidence will grow as we tackle dynamic combos and momentum-driven tricks that are as impressive as they are empowering.

Pre-requisites: Cross ankle release, extended butterfly, wrist seat, Gemini, Scorpio, Superman, shoulder mount, hip hold.

ADVANCED

Life’s Better Upside Down — And You’re Just Getting Started.
At this stage, you’re not just doing pole — you’re living it. Get ready to master longer, more complex combos as you build serious stamina, strength, and style. You’ll explore new grips, dynamic spins, and fluid transitions that challenge your body and ignite your creativity.

This class is all about harnessing power and grace — your upper body strength will soar as we focus on hands-only tricks, while flexibility training adds that jaw-dropping wow factor to every move. With each class, you’ll start to feel lighter, stronger, and more in control — like you're truly flying on the spinning pole.

Pre-requisites: Superman, Gemini climb over, aerial invert, cross ankle release, baby jade, brass monkey, shoulder mount, Ayesha.

HEELS FLOW

Heels Flow – Feel the Music, Own the Movement

Get ready to strut, slink, and spin your way through this empowering choreography-based class.  Heels Flow is all about embracing your sensuality, building confidence, and letting loose with exciting new routines each week. You’ll work on flow, musicality, transitions, and the art of movement — all while dancing in your favorite pole heels.

This class is open to all levels but does require some basic pole experience. Pole-specific heels and knee pads are recommended.

Come ready to dance, sweat, and feel incredible in your body.

LOW FLOW

Ready to explore the art of movement from the ground up? This monthly Sunday class focuses on low flow around the base of the pole and seamless transitions that enhance your control, expression, and connection to music. Expect fresh choreography each week designed to help you unlock your creativity, let go of overthinking, and truly feel your movement.

We’ll work on musicality, expressive flow, and finding your own rhythm — no shoes required, just knee pads and an open mind. Perfect for experienced beginners (at least 6 classes under your belt) and up.

Come move, let go, and feel free.
