FRANCES BATHURST

Frances is a proud colourful, curvy, queer and disabled pole dancer. Pole dancing makes her feel comfortable in her own skin, and has somewhere that she belongs. It helps with Frances’ mental health as when she’s at the studio the world melts away. It’s joyous and liberating. She loves that everyone at Maya is celebrated for who they are and their unique style. Frances was a beginner finalist at the Great British Pole Championships 2023 and is a plus size model for Hoodlum Fang.
