This class is about building upon the strength you have worked so hard to achieve in your pole and aerial classes. It will target the muscles you need for pole and aerial transitions, tricks and strength moves.  It’s a full body workout with some exercises on the pole and hoop, and some on the mats. We will develop endurance and introduce complimentary strengthening exercises.
